A weekend of rock and blues at Nevermind with live performances by Free Spyrits and Blue Stuff.

The historic venue on Via Coroglio, a landmark for local, national, and international live music in Campania (hosting, among others, Corrado Rustici on November 28 and the Scott Henderson Trio on March 14, 2025), will welcome the Free Spyrits to its stage on Friday, November 15, starting at 9:30 p.m. The band features journalist, writer, and music critic Carmine Aymone on drums and vocals, also stepping in as storyteller, with Massimiliano De Gregorio on keyboards, Mino Milano on bass, and Francesco Di Giunta on guitar. Free Spyrits will present their show “Rock History,” in which they’ll bring to life some of the most important pages from the great book of rock history, recounting the origins of cult songs and sharing anecdotes and stories.

On Saturday, November 16, it’s the turn of the legendary Blue Stuff. The Neapolitan blues band, active since 1982 and a key reference for generations of local musicians, led by singer and drummer Mario Insenga, will perform songs like “Afragola Shuffle,” “Fuje Pascalì,” “Sotto Viale Augusto,” and many others from their famous albums like “L’acqua è poca” and “E’ Asciuto Pazzo ‘o padrone.” Joining Mario Insenga on stage will be Emilio Quaglieri on dobro, Sandro Vernacchia on guitar, and Francesco Miele on bass and double bass.
